Palm Beach TV Hurricane Special

Public Safety  |  May 31, 2020

The Civic Association’s Communications team has produced a program designed to help you navigate through this unique and concerning time, a hurricane season concurrent with the COVID-19 crisis. Though there are no raw numbers, it is expected the summer population here will be far greater than normal given the delayed departure of seasonal residents. How might this affect the safety of residents, evacuation, FPL services, medical treatment? What is the latest update on areas most vulnerable to storm surge? Our concerns are magnified in this unique time. That is understandable as we pull together for what we hope is a quiet summer of kinship and renewal on Palm Beach.
