On the northern tip of the island we are free of overhead utility poles and wires.
The power was converted to underground in June and pole and wire removal marks the end of Phase 1 for the North end from Onondaga Ave north to the Palm Beach Inlet.
All power, phone, and cable television is on and running underground. Phase 1 South is 95% complete. Seven more phases to go of the eight major phases. The project completion date is 2025.
