Jaquan Starling was awarded this year’s Town of Palm Beach College Scholarship for children of Town employees during the Town Council meeting this week.
The $3,000 scholarship is sponsored by the Palm Beach Civic Association and the Citizens’ Association and was announced by Mayor Gail Coniglio.
