Town Manager Kirk Blouin earned high praise from the Palm Beach Town Council, for his 30 year career with the Town of Palm Beach. Ascending from police officer, to police chief, to head of Public Safety, and finally, to Town Manager. Blouin was given a plaque, a standing ovation, hugs, and public recognition by members of the Council.
