Testa’s Site Emerging into Royal Poinciana Palm Beach

The former Testa’s site is emerging out of the ground as the new Royal Poinciana Palm Beach.

This weekend the contractor finished pouring the concrete for the “Lid” on the top of the 43,000 sq. ft. underground garage.

In the next few weeks we will see walls start to be built on the Royal Poinciana Way side of the property.

According to Cody Crowell, Managing Director of Construction for the Frisbie Group, the project is ahead of schedule with a target completion date early in 2020.  See the photos below and the video for This Week in Palm Beach.
