Palm Beach Day Academy Closed by COVID Until After Thanksgiving

Fanning Heron, Head of School at Palm Beach Day Academy, has confirmed that both the upper and lower schools have “transitioned to distance learning” until Monday, November 30th. Heron said that because so many teachers and students were quarantining due to COVID exposure, it made sense to shut down ‘in class’ instruction until after the Thanksgiving holiday. Mr. Heron says this will give the school a chance to reset, do a deep cleaning, so that students and staff can return safely at the end of the month.
