Civic Association President Mary Robosson was the bearer of some very good news at today’s Town Council meeting. Ms. Robosson announced that in addition to last year’s $112,500 gift to the Town of Palm Beach to plant 75 Palm trees in honor of our organizations 75th anniversary, now there’s more.

This year Palm Beach Civic Association is donating another $20,000 to buy additional trees for the Town. “The generosity shown by our members of the Palm Beach Civic Association speaks volumes to their community interest and support of capturing the beauty of Palm Beach. We are thrilled to have surpassed our goal and be a partner with The Town of Palm Beach through this wonderful campaign of 75 plus Palms!”, said Robosson. Council members were thrilled with today’s gift, and requested that some of the additional palms be planted in public spaces as well as local neighborhoods.
