Palm Beach Civic Association Directors John and Jana Scarpa have committed a dollar to dollar matching gift of up to 100,000 dollars to help victims of Hurricane Dorian .
The money , in its entirety would be earmarked to vetted well equipped organizations that are focused on long term recovery.
