The Palm Beach Civic Association is searching for office space where it will establish a new headquarters within the town of Palm Beach.
The non-profit organization is interested in either purchasing office space or leasing space on a long-term basis. The site should have approximately 3,000 square feet of room with dedicated parking for the organization’s 10 staff members.
The Civic Association’s offices have been located for about 30 years in the historic Paramount Theatre building at 139 North County Road. The Association has decided to relocate because the building will be undergoing construction as part of a redevelopment plan approved by the Palm Beach Town Council.
The Civic Association’s lease with the ownership of the Paramount building expires in 2029, but it prefers to move into a new site before the start of the 2026-27 season, Chairman Michael Pucillo said.
Civic Association CEO Mary Robosson said the new site should be able to accommodate studio space for the organization’s communications department. Since its inception in November 2021, the Association’s Studio 33480 has hosted 73 interviews with newsmakers from local government and other walks of life, including mayors, Town Council presidents, a town manager, congresswoman, community and business leaders, and Civic Association officers and directors.

Founded in 1944, the Civic Association is a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to safeguarding the quality of life in the town of Palm Beach through education, community engagement and advocacy on local issues.
The organization is home to approximately 1,600 members, 137 directors, and 15 standing committees, including its 19-member Executive Committee led by Pucillo, Vice Chairman Michele Kessler, and Treasurer Michael Ainslie.
