NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

Notice is hereby given that the Palm Beach Civic Association Annual Meeting of Members will be held virtually on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM. In light of public health concerns regarding the coronavirus outbreak, the Palm Beach Civic Association Annual Meeting will be held in virtual format only.
You will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting physically. On Thursday, April 30, at 10:00 AM members of the Palm Beach Civic Association will be emailed a link to view the meeting. Please confirm your email address on the proxy form, or by contacting our office at pbca@palmbeachcivic.wpsc.dev.
All current members will vote by proxy on the following:
1. 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes
2. 2020-2021 Directors of the Palm Beach Civic Association
PBCA Directors will receive a second proxy and materials to vote on the 2020-21 Executive Committee and revisions to the Bylaws. We urge you to vote and submit the enclosed proxy in advance of the meeting by return mail in the enclosed envelope, or scan and email to pbca@palmbeachcivic.wpsc.dev.
Members may also vote online. Instructions for online voting will be emailed to all current member email addresses in the Palm Beach Civic Association database. Proxies must be received by April 27, 2020 to be valid.
