Notice is hereby given that the Palm Beach Civic Association Annual Meeting of Members will be held at the Flagler Museum on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 10:00AM. Please confirm your email address on the proxy form, or by contacting our office at pbca@palmbeachcivic.org.
All current members will vote by proxy on the following:
- 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes
- 2024-2025 Directors of the Palm Beach Civic Association
All Directors will also vote by proxy on the following:
- 2024 – 2025 Officers and Executive Committee Members Three-Year Term Reelection
We urge you to vote and submit the below proxy in advance of the meeting by email to pbca@palmbeachcivic.org.
Proxies must be received before 5:00 pm EST April 4, 2024 to be valid.
