Meet Dr. Richard Haass, now serving in his twentieth year as President of the Council on Foreign Relations. He previously served in the State Department under Presidents George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan. Dr. Haass is the author and editor of fourteen books with his latest, The Bill of Obligations, released in January 2023.
