Alfred P. Aldridge III

Mr. “Skip” Aldridge is the president, CEO, and founder of Head of Sales Consulting, Inc., a boutique advisory practice that works with a limited number of Consumer-Packaged Goods companies. Prior to HSC, Mr. Aldridge served as Global Chief Customer Officer and executive vice president of sales at Pharmavite, LLC and served on the Pharmavite executive management team. He continues to advise the board of directors and executive management at Pharmavite. Before joining Pharmavite, he held senior sales and general management positions with Con Agra Foods, Del Monte Foods, Pet, Inc and The Clorox Company. Skip currently advises several CPG start-ups on a pro bono basis. Skip is the Co-Chairman of the Citizens Association of Palm Beach; served on the Strategic Planning Board for the Town of Palm Beach.  He is a Trustee of the PB Chamber of Commerce and serves as President and Director at the Harbour House Co-Operative. Skip is the Secretary and Director of the Friends of Fisher House-WPB VA Medical center and a member of the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Palm Beach where he serves as Chairman of the Red Feather Society. He is also on the Board for OSC-WEBco, a sales and marketing organization that serves the US Military resale system on a global basis. Skip received a Lifetime Achievement award from the GMDC in 2013.  Skip earned a BA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife, Linda, reside in Palm Beach, FL. His son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren live in Kansas City, MO.
