Mr. Goodman is a well-known commercial real estate developer, philanthropist and founder of The Goodman Company.  He began his career as a general contractor of institutional buildings, schools and developing supermarkets, service stations and small shopping centers in eastern PA.  As sole proprietor he has developed, owned and managed over 26 million square feet of retail commercial properties. His company was an early pioneer in the development and management of regional and super-regional malls, motels and office buildings; including Phillips Point – West Palm Beach and The Esplanade on Worth Avenue– Palm Beach. He has served on many boards including The Jewish Federation, USET Foundation, US Holocaust Museum and Communities in Schools a national high school dropout prevention program.  Mr. Goodman is a graduate and trustee of Lehigh University.
