Construction In Full Swing on Former Testa Land

R. Michael Brown, Civic Association Communications Director   |  Our Town  |  January 25, 2018

The Frisbie Group is hard at work on the former Testa land.

In a video interview with Civic Association News, Cody Crowell, Managing Director of Construction, told us that all the old buildings have been removed, the gas tanks from the former gas station are now gone, and they are in the process of injecting concrete into an underground pad that will be the foundation for the underground garage.

When completed the redevelopment will have retail, restaurants, gardens, vias and courtyards on the first floor and homes above.
