A former Trustee and Commissioner of US – UK Fulbright Commission, and Chairman of The Fulbright International Advisory Board. A Trustee of The Margaret Thatcher Foundation and Founder of Margaret Thatcher Center at Oxford University, and Friends of The British Library. Appointed to many UK Government Bodies dealing with Health, Education, Land use and the Arts. Founder of the Children’s Hospital at St Mary’s Hospital London. Member Chancellors Court of Benefactors at Oxford University. Foundation Fellow of Somerville College, Oxford; Honorary Fellow Emmanuel College Cambridge. A Treasurer of The Conservative Party, Chairman or Treasurer of various Charities in the UK.
