Samantha is the President of WS Development and Co-Founder and Head of Up Markets. WS Development is one of the largest privately held commercial real estate developers in the country with over 20 million square feet of space including The Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach. Samantha and her company bought and restored The Royal beginning in 2014 with the goal of making it once again a gathering place for the island that she holds so dear. Just as they have worked to do at The Royal, the team at WS Development is devoted to creating places people love that can function as the heart of their respective communities. Other projects of theirs include Boston’s Seaport District, The Street in Chestnut Hill, and Hyde Park Village in Tampa.
