Mr. Holuba graduated summa cum laude from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in accounting. As an offensive guard for the football team, played in two Orange Bowl National Championship games. He received his JD from University of Virginia School of Law. After gaining extensive tax law experience while working at Coopers and Lybrand, Mr. Holuba joined his family’s manufacturing business and, as manager, diversified into venture capital investing in both public and private sectors. He developed ski areas, golf courses, amusement parks, hotels, spas and scuba-diving resorts. He was also a private investor in medical imagery, micro-brewing, real estate and financial securities. Mr. Holuba manages his investments from offices in Sarasota, FL, and in New Jersey. He is involved with American Cancer Society, Autism Speaks, and numerous other organizations and charities. Mr. Holuba is Chairman of the Civic Association Port of Palm Beach/Peanut Island Committee and also serves on the Water Committee. He has five children and eight grandchildren, resides in Palm Beach with Ms. Susan Furman and their 4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and summers in St. Helena, CA.
