Mr. Broberg was born and grew up in Palm Beach, Florida. After attending Palm Beach High School, he attended Dartmouth College where he majored in Economics and played on the last Ivy League Baseball team to date to play in the College World Series. After his junior year, he signed to play professional baseball with the Washington Senators and played Major League Baseball thereafter for nine years. Mr. Broberg graduated from Dartmouth while playing professional baseball, then attended Nova Southeastern Law School where he was on the Law Review and was published in the Nova Law Journal. After graduating law school, he joined Coe & Broberg LLP. Besides practicing law Mr. Broberg has been a director of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce; was the chairman of the Palm Beach Recreational Commission; was a member of the Palm Beach Board of Adjustments & Appeals; was a member of the Palm Beach Planning & Zoning Commission; was a member of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission and has been inducted into the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame.  Presently Mr. Broberg is a member of the Florida Bar Association – Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the American Bar Association; an associate member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors; and still a member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
