Mr. Gantcher spent his entire career on Wall Street.  He served as vice chairman of CIBC Oppenheimer Corp. from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that period, he was co-CEO and COO of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. Previously, he served as chairman of the board of trustees of Tufts University and is currently a member of the board of overseers of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. In addition, Mr. Gantcher serves on the boards of Montefiore Medicine, Montefiore Health System, Inc. and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He received a BA in economics and biology from Tufts University and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
