Kevin Lamb is a Corporate Attorney in the Palm Beach office of Jones Foster, a preeminent commercial and private client law firm founded in 1924. With more than 35 years of corporate legal experience across a broad range of industries, Kevin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and commercial law, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and creditors’ rights, venture capital and private equity, real estate transactions, and senior and subordinated debt financing’s. He was previously a partner in a national law firm where he served as Chairman of the firm’s Commercial Law and Corporate Restructuring practice group.
Kevin is a frequent author, panelist, and commentator within the legal and business communities. He is actively involved in various industry and community organizations, including serving as a Past President of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and currently as Trustee Emeritus of Palm Beach Day Academy. Kevin received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Washington & Lee University.
