Mr. Held is president and CEO of JPBK Holdings, Inc., a private investment and real estate holding company founded in 2000. Mr. Held has held a variety of executive positions including chairman and CEO of Home Shopping Network, Vice Chairman of USA Networks, president and CEO of Adrienne Vittadini, Inc., and various executive positions at QVC, Inc., Bloomingdale’s, and other retail and wholesale businesses. He is chairman of James Held & Kenn Karakul Charitable Foundation and is a member of various charitable organizations.
