Mrs. Miller grew up in Framingham, MA. She graduated from Wellesley College, married her childhood sweetheart, and became an elementary school teacher. She and her late husband, Alan Miller (a former member of the Palm Beach Civic Association’s executive committee), lived in Maine and North Carolina and settled in Palm Beach in 1983. Mrs. Miller has been actively involved in civic affairs wherever she has lived. She currently serves on the education committee of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Her avocations include knitting, and her projects have won ribbons at the Fryeburg Agricultural Fair in Maine, where she spends her summers. Mrs. Miller has three children and seven grandchildren.
