Mr. Rogers retired on December 31, 2014, from the firm of Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, PA. He was a trustee of The Society of the Four Arts, current director and former president of the Palm Beach Membership of Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation, a former director of Hospice of Palm Beach County, and a former member of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission for the Southern District of Florida. Some additional positions and awards include chairman of Town of Palm Beach Charter Review Commission and its Architectural Commission, director of SunTrust Bank/South Florida, president of Town of Palm Beach United Way, president of University of Florida Foundation, president of University of Florida National Alumni Association, chairman of Community Television Foundation of South Florida Inc. (WPBT Channel 2), a life director of WPBT, and senior warden of Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea. Mr. Rogers received the Alexis de Tocqueville Society Award, Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award, Bethesda Vestry Silver Cross Award, and Distinguished Alumnus Award from University of Florida, from which he received both his undergraduate and law degrees.
