David S. Mack is a senior partner of The Mack Company and is a former member of the Board of Directors of Mack-Cali Realty Corp, a publicly traded REIT. Mr. Mack serves as a member of the board of overseers of Northwell Health and is a former trustee of North Shore Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital System and is a former member of the board of trustees of Pratt Institute. He also serves on the board of trustees of Hofstra University and the Morse Health System, and is a Vice Chairman of both.  Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Governors of Palm Beach Country Club the admissions committee.  Mr. Mack is on the Board of Directors of the Kravis Center, is a member of the Palm Healthcare Foundation, and serves on the board of trustees of Town of Palm Beach United Way.  He is the 1^st assistant commissioner of Nassau County Police Department, First Vice President of Palm Beach Police Foundation, and Undersheriff Executive Assistant for Governmental Affairs for Palm Beach County, FL.

In February 2019, David Mack began serving again on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York State. Previously, Mr. Mack was a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 1993-2009 and a member of the Board of Directors and Commissioner of the Port Authority of NY&NJ from 1997-2009. Additionally, for 14 years he was Deputy Superintendent (Colonel) of the NY State Police. Mr. Mack is a member of the Board of the United Nation’s Commission of NY State. Mr. Mack received his BA in business administration from Hofstra University.
