He is a graduate of The George Washington University with a degree in finance.  Within six months of his graduation, Mr. Ponton opened Club Colette in Palm Beach. Throughout his career he has had restaurants in Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and Colorado.  His latest endeavor, in Palm Beach is the Surfside Diner on South County Road. Mr. Ponton is involved in many community organizations locally, nationally, and abroad. His Focus is on health care, architecture, animals, and advocacy for children.
