Austin T. Fragomen, Jr. is a partner and chairman of the executive committee of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy, LLP which is an AmLaw 100 firm specializing in global immigration law with offices in 25 countries. He earned his law degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. Mr. Fragomen serves as Chairman of the Business Advisory Committee to the U.N. Global Forum on Migration and Development, as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Jesuit Refugee Service/USA, a Board Member of the Center for Migration Studies, an Editorial Board Member of the International Migration Review. He is the co-author of two treatises of immigration law and series of Handbooks and frequent writer and commentator. He previously has served as Chairman of the City Bar Justice Center, and Adjunct Professor of law at New York University Law School and Assistant Counsel to the Judiciary Committee, U.S. House of Representatives. On being selected to serve as a PBCA Director, Mr. Fragomen stated “It will be a privilege to serve on the Board.
