Town of Palm Beach News Release – The Town of Palm Beach will host Official Groundbreaking Ceremonies for Phase 1 North and Phase 1 South of the Undergrounding of Utilities Project. Both Ceremonies will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 in the respective equipment staging areas for Phase 1 North and Phase 1 South.
